Rosemary Dickard of Batesville will unite in marriage with Stephen Wilson Whatley of Batesville.
The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Darryl Ross Dickard Sr.
She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Sanders of Minter City and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wenzell Ross Dickard and the late Rosie Sanders Wilson.
The prospective bridegroom is the son is Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Earle Whatley of Rome, Ga.
He is the grandson of Mrs. Edna Whatley of Rome, Ga., and the late Mr. Newton Whatley and the late Lt. Col. William and Ann Bumpus and the late Mr. and Mrs. Russell Cutler.
Miss Dickard is a 2006 graduate of Central Holmes Christian School and a 2011 graduate of Mississippi State University.
She is employed at Regions Bank in Batesville as a financial services specialist.
Mr. Whatley is a 2002 graduate of the Darlington School of Rome in Georgia and a 2006 graduate of the University of Mississippi. He is employed at Edward Jones in Batesville as a financial advisor.
The couple will exchange vows at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 5 at North Greenwood Baptist Church.
