Tommy Browning III of Madison and Beverley Browning of Pearl have announced the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Ariel Daguerre Browning, to Charlie Gareth Henry.
Mr. Henry is the son of Charlie Henry Jr. of Branch and Martha Henry of Forest.
He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wilson McGough of Forest, the late Johnny Williams of Forest and Ruby Henry of Branch and the late Charlie Henry Sr.
Miss Browning is the granddaughter of Barbara Mayo and the late Lamar Mayo, Mary Louise Browning, Ms. Charlie Browning and the late Thomas Browning Jr.
The bride-elect is an honors graduate of Pearl High School. She attended Hinds Community College and Northwest Community College.
She is employed with Regions Bank in Brandon.
The prospective bridegroom is an honors graduate of Forest High School. He received an associate's degree in science from East Central Community College and a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
He is employed with Preferred Nurse Staffing.
The couple will exchange vows on April 18, 2009, at the Jigget's Home in Canton.
