Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey "Bob" Daves of Carrollton have announced the birth of their daughter, Sara Elizabeth Daves, who was born Sept. 9, 2007, at Greenwood Leflore Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces, and was 19 1/2 inches long.
Her maternal grandparents are the late Billy and Lori Smith and Debbie Kent Smith, all of Greenwood.
Her paternal grandparents are Oren Dell Daves of Carrollton and the late Cathy G. Daves.
Her maternal great-grandparents are Helen Faye Smith and the late G.A. Smith and the late Wilburn and Alene Kent, all of Greenwood.
Her paternal great-grandparents are Ellie Germany and the late Archie Germany and the late Earl and Florence Daves, all of Carrollton.
Also welcoming SaraBeth home is her brother, A.J. Daves, 3.
Mrs. Daves is the former Vicki Smith of Greenwood.
