Mr. and Mrs. Tugay Angay of Suwanee, Ga., announce the birth of their daughter, Lara Avery Angay, who was born May 16, 2008, at Emory John Creeks Hospital in Duluth, Ga. She weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 20 inches long.

Her maternal grandparents are Terry and Janet Young of Carrollton.

Her paternal grandparents are Yalcin and Emel Angay of Antalya, Turkey.

Mrs. Angay is the former Hayden Young of Greenwood.
