Jeffrey and Morgan Grones of Carrollton announce the birth of their son, Jeffrey Mason Grones, on Feb. 2, 2014, at Baptist Hospital for Women in Jackson. He weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20 inches long.
His maternal grandparents are Leslie Alford of Grenada and the late Larkin Alford.
His paternal grandparents are Louis and Rachel Grones of Carrollton.
His maternal great-grandparents are Roma and Larkin Alford of Greenwood, Judy Babbidge of Limestone, Maine, and the late Waldron Babbidge, Tom and Jo-Ann Snyder of South Dakota and Donna Slotto of Cavalier, N.D., and the late Alfred Slotto.
His paternal great-grandparents are the late Sadie and David Cheek of Greenwood and Louis and Jean Grones of Bon Aqua, Tenn., and the late Eileen Grones.
