Ken and Memrie Turner announce the birth of their son, James Aiden Turner, who was born Jan. 7 2011, at River Oaks Hospital for Women in Flowood. He weighed 10 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 211/2 inches long.
His maternal grandparents are Jeff and Shanda Coleman of Carrollton.
His maternal great-grandparents are J.B. and Geneva Coleman of Greenwood and Frances Mullen of Carrollton and the late James Robert Mullen.
His paternal grandparents are Ken Turner of Grenada and Anita Turner of Grenada.
His paternal great-grandparents are Aubrey and Ruth Carter of Grenada and Dorville Turner of Grenada and the late Mary Jo Turner.
Also welcoming James home is his brother, Landon Andrew Turner, 5.
Mrs. Turner is the former Memrie Coleman of Carrollton.
