Mr. and Mrs. Rivers McArthur of Sardis announce the birth of their son, Henry Creek McArthur, who was born Oct. 28, 2008, at Baptist Desoto Hospital in Southaven. He weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces, and was 20.5 inches long.
His maternal grandparents are James and Shelia Flippo of Enid.
His paternal grandparents are Marie Lipscomb and Don and Rita McArthur, all of Sardis.
His maternal great-grandparents are Lewis and Sara Buford of Greenwood and the late Earby and Martha Flippo of Enid.
His paternal great-grandparents are Lucette Still and the late Joe M. Still and Betty McArthur and the late Bill McArthur, all of Sardis.
Mrs. McArthur is the former Elizabeth Flippo of Enid.
