Mr. and Mrs. Paul Cutter announce the birth of their son, Clark Wheelock Cutter, who was born Dec. 4, 2008, at Lexington Medical Center in Lexington, S.C. He weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 22 inches long.
His maternal grandparents are Doug and Mariane Clark of Itta Bena.
His paternal grandparents are Robert and Gail Cutter of Irmo, S.C., and Jim and Cindy Derrick of Columbia, S.C.
Mrs. Cutter is the former Kelly Clark of Itta Bena.
