Mr. and Mrs. Greg Avant of Carrollton announce the birth of their son, Brady Cade Avant, who was born July 15, 2008, at Grenada Lake Medical Center. He weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches long.
His maternal grandparents are Terry and Connie Dees of Winona.
His paternal grandparents are Jimmy and Barbara Avant of Carrollton.
His maternal great-grandparents are Sue Thompson and the late George Thompson and Jo Ann Dees and the late James Arthur Dees, all of Winona.
His paternal great-grandparents are the late Paul and Ruby McCluskey and Boyd Avant and the late Imogene Avant, all of Carrollton.
Also welcoming Brady home are his brother, Baker Avant, 4, and his sister, Lily Avant, 18 months.
Mrs. Avant is the former Alyssa Dees of Winona.
