I expect I’m only one of many readers who think Tim Kalich’s editorial about the abhorrent attacks in Paris by the violent madmen (“Paris slaughter demands solidarity,” Nov. 15) is excellent commentary, but it’s doubtful that the death by U.S. drone of “Jihadi John” equals any credible “cause and effect” in this.
