WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated December 26, 2002, executed by MARTHA PITTS and SHEMICA S PITTS conveying certain real property therein described to DEBERA BRIDGES, as Trustee, for CITICORP TRUST BANK, FSB, Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein described, as same appears of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi filed and recorded December 30, 2022, in Deed Book 575, Page 513; and
WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned to Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2019-3, U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee ; and
WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as Substitute Trustee; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, as Substitute Trustee or his duly appointed agent, by virtue of the power, duty and authority vested and imposed upon said Substitute Trustee shall, on December 3, 2024 within the lawful hours of sale between 11:00AM and 4:00PM at the south steps of the Courthouse proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds ONLY, the following described property situated in Leflore County, Mississippi, to wit:

PROPERTY ADDRESS: The street address of the property is believed to be 1306 STRONG AVE, GREENWOOD, MS 38930. In the event of any discrepancy between this street address and the legal description of the property, the legal description shall control.

HEARING ON PROPOSED ABANDONMENT OF
PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD 242
The Leflore County Board of Supervisors has ordered that a public hearing will take place on the proposed abandonment of a portion of County Road 242, located in Section 1, Township 18 North, Range 1 East, and Section 36, Township 19 North, Range 1 East, Leflore County, Mississippi pursuant to Section 65-7-121 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
The portion of County Road 242 sought to be abandoned is a point of beginning approximately 0.85 miles from map coordinates MS 430/19440 as identified on Map 16 of the Leflore County Road System Register and ending at the end of the existing County Road 242, as depicted in a plat available for inspection at the Leflore County Chancery Clerk's office.
Pursuant to Section 65-7-121(2) of the Mississippi Code of 1972, the Leflore County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed abandonment of a portion of County Road 242. The public hearing will take place on Monday, November 25, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors' meeting room on the first floor of the Leflore County Courthouse. The purpose of the hearing will be to take comments and accept written statements from any and all interested parties.

PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD 525
The Leflore County Board of Supervisors has ordered that a public hearing will take place on the proposed abandonment of a portion of County Road 525, located in Section 36, Township 20 North, Range 1 East, Leflore County, Mississippi pursuant to Section 65-7-121 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
The portion of County Road 525 sought to be abandoned is a portion of County Road 525 beginning at the intersection of County Road 525 and the north right of way of the Robert E. Moore Connector Road thence northerly along County Road 525 approximately 0.37 miles to the intersection of County Road 153, as depicted in a plat available for inspection at the Leflore County Chancery Clerk's office.
Pursuant to Section 65-7-121(2) of the Mississippi Code of 1972, the Leflore County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed abandonment of a portion of County Road 525. The public hearing will take place on Monday, November 25, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors' meeting room on the first floor of the Leflore County Courthouse. The purpose of the hearing will be to take comments and accept written statements from any and all interested parties.
