Cecil Brown, before he was gerrymandered out of the Mississippi Legislature by the Republican majority, was one of the more knowledgeable voices at the Capitol when it came to the state’s finances.
Brown is now applying that “cut through the bull” approach to utility regulation as a new member of the state’s Public Service Commission.
