The Mississippi State Medical Association opted to be politically cautious and not use the word “Medicaid” in a resolution it passed over the weekend calling on state government to take fuller advantage of the health coverage opportunities afforded in the federal Affordable Care Act.
But the intent of the resolution is clear.
