If Senate Democrats filibuster to try to keep Neil Gorsuch off the U.S. Supreme Court, the Republican majority would be justified in changing Senate rules so he can be confirmed with a simple majority instead of the 60-vote threshold.
The Democrats should wise up and not push it to that.
