The Greenwood City Council is being reasonable in wanting to get its ducks in a row before it allows medical marijuana growers or dispensaries to set up shop in the city.
This week’s decision, though, to opt out of the legalized enterprise needs to be temporary, as Mayor Carolyn McAdams and the City Council members say it will be.
