Leflore County’s new tax collector, Pamela Keys, says her staff doesn’t want to collect garbage fees unless they get paid extra for doing so.

If their job description doesn’t say they are expected to do whatever duties are prescribed to them not only by Keys but also by the county Board of Supervisors, it needs to be added.
