Tyler Silas, 24, 400 Taylor Drive, domestic violence (warrant), released on bond.

Michael Darby, 37, 1015 Eastlawn Drive, failure to comply (disorderly conduct), released on own recognizance.

Jasmine Manvel, 29, 704 Ash St., malicious mischief (warrant), released on bond.

Responded to 911 call at 205 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Firefighters stood by while Atmos Energy technicians turned gas off.
