Shaqile Smith, 26, 809 Lakewood Drive, failure to appear (four counts), jailed.

Jerome Parker, 57, 807 Lamar St., peeping Tom violation, released on bond.

Andre McClain, 45, address unavailable, held for and released to the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

Holley Journey, 20, 516 Speedway, Winona, shoplifting, jailed.
