The Carroll County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday still had not arrested a North Carrollton sales clerk the department is accusing of selling drug paaraphernalia with the knowledge it would be used for inhaling a controlled substance.
Sheriff Clint Walker said that the suspect should be arrested later this week, although he declined to provide other details.
On Friday, the department acted on a search warrant at the Corner Express convenience store, which is owned by Ali Alrabahi, according to Walker.
During the course of the search, deputies found 350 items that could be used to inhale marijuana, methamphetamines and crack cocaine.
The seized items, which have a retail value of over $8,000, were displayed in a glass case at the store, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
