Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Britt Dees of Greenwood announce the birth of their daughter, Sarah Britt Dees, at 8:06 a.m. on Jan. 24, 2022, at Greenwood Leflore Hospital.
She weighed 7 pounds and 15 ounces and was 21 inches long.
Her maternal grandparents are Wanda Philley of Greenwood and the late Jimmy George “Buddy” Philley.
Her paternal grandparents are Pam and Ronnie Inman of Carrollton and Clint and Debbie Dees of Indianola.
Her maternal great-grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Leon H. Stennett.
Her paternal great-grandparents are Guy Britt of Stewart and the late Barbara Britt and the late Mr. and Mrs. George C. Dees.
Also welcoming her home is her sister, Johannah, 12.
Mrs. Dees is the former Roxanna Philley of Greenwood.
