Mr. and Mrs. Jason Welch of Greenwood have announced the birth of their daughter, Caroline Grace Welch, who was born Dec. 12, 2007, at Grenada Lake Medical Center. She weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 21 inches long.
Her maternal grandparents are Charles Rickles and Diane and Joey Peeples, all of Greenwood.
