Mr. and Mrs. Trinity Hoover of Carrollton announce the birth of their daughter, Carlie Scott Hoover, who was born Aug. 4, 2008, at Grenada Lake Medical Center. She weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 18 inches long.
Her maternal grandparents are James Roy and Vicki Minga and Donald and Diana Hawkins, all of Carrollton.
