Leflore County sheriff's deputies have arrested a Sidon man suspected in a nightclub shooting that injured two.
Robert A. Harris, 25, of 108 School Street is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and was still in jail Saturday night. With Sheriff Ricky Banks out of town, details of Harris' arrest were not available Saturday.
The Sheriff's Department had issued a warrant to arrest Harris following a shooting at the Players Club in Sidon early last Sunday. Tommy Hunt, who Banks said had been arguing with Harris, and bystander Tiffany Murray, who was not involved in the dispute, were injured.
Both victims were taken to University Medical Center.
Hunt, who was struck three times, was in critical condition last week, and Murray was in good condition with a gunshot would in her shoulder. No updates on their conditions were available Saturday night.
