A 17-year-old suspect in a January shooting is out on bond after turning himself in Monday.
Kashka McGill, 17, of 319 Noel St., is charged with two counts of aggravated assault.
Bond was set at $50,000 and was posted.
McGill was charged in connection with the Jan. 23 shootings of David Williams, 18, 109½ E. Percy St. and a 17-year-old female bystander.
Although he is a juvenile, McGill was charged as an adult because the case involves a violent crime with a weapon.
The shooting occurred at the intersection of McLaurin Street and Hunter Alley after a fight between McGill and Williams.
Williams was struck three times in the buttocks.The female was struck in the leg.
They were treated at Greenwood Leflore Hospital and released.
