Junior Caroline Brock came in on offense with 11 minutes left in the contest and scored a left-footed punch shot eight minutes later off a corner kick from Lillian Harvey.
Pillow dominated time of possession and outcornered Starkville 4-0. Goalie Madeline Maddox earned her first shutout of the season, benefitting from the outstanding defensive play of Mia Cole, Madeline Kelly, Kaylee Harden and Julia Love Lyon.
