WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated September 28, 2016, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Chancery Court in Leflore County, Mississippi, on September 27, 2018, in Book 853 at Page 77 of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land in said county and state, Deyonda Monique McKinnis did grant and convey unto S. Danette Corder, as Trustee for Pemberton Mortgage & Investments, LLC, beneficiary, the property therein described, to secure the promissory note therein referred to; and

WHEREAS, the undersigned having been duly appointed Substitute Trustee in the place and stead of S. Danette Corder, Trustee in said Deed of Trust, by instrument dated January 2, 2020, and recorded January 3, 2020, in Book 873, Page 19 of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land in Leflore County, Mississippi, said Substitution of Trustee having been actually spread at large upon the said records before the publishing of the foreclosure notice; and

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S FORECLOSURE NOTICE

WHEREAS, on January 17, 2018, Vince Virenzo Brownlee executed a certain Deed of Trust to Mark S. Vemer, Trustee, for the benefit of Bank of Commerce, which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi in Deed of Trust In Book 840 at Page 251 of the Records of Mortgages and Deed of Trust on Land; and

WHEREAS, Bank of Commerce has heretofore substituted H. Donald Brock, Jr. as Trustee in place and in lieu of the present Trustee by instrument dated January 9, 2020 and recorded January 15, 2020, in Book 873 at page 271 of the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk; and
