THE  STATE  OF MISSISSIPPI

TO: The unknown heirs of Mae Frances Carpenter, deceased, and any and all  other persons claiming any right, title or interest in and to the estate of Mae Frances Carpenter, deceased, whose post office and street addresses are unknown to the Petitioner after diligent search and inquiry, and upon whom services of process may be had by publication as prescribed by law.

You have been made a Respondent i n a suit filed in this Court by the Petitioner Delquency Capers, daughter of Mae Frances  Carpenter, deceased, seeking the Determination  of Heirs-At-Law of Mae Frances Carpenter, deceased. Respondent in this  action  other  than  you  are:  Delquency Capers, Sherry Carpenter and Kevin Craig Carpenter, surviving heirs-at-law of Mae Frances Carpenter,   deceased.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or peti tion filed against you in this action at 10:30 O'Clock A.M. on the 3rd day of January, 2020, in the Chancery courtroom of the Leflore County Courthouse at Greenwood , Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint  or petition.

You  are not req uired  to file an answer or other plead ing but  you  may  do so i f you  desire.

Total Maximum Daily Load Report on

Organic Enrichment/ Low Dissolved Oxygen for Beaver Bayou Watershed.

MDEQ is giving public notice regarding the Beaver Bayou Watershed in the Yazoo River Basin. This water bodies have been listed on the State of Mississippi’s List of Impaired Water Bodies. Waters on this list are required to have Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) developed for each listed pollutant. A TMDL is the maximum amount of a pollutant that a stream can assimilate without violating water quality standards. This TMDL has been prepared for Organic Enrichment/ Low Dissolved Oxygen.

Prior to proposing this TMDL to EPA for approval, MDEQ is asking for public comment on this draft document. Copies of the draft TMDL may be obtained and/or inspected by contacting MDEQ at the above address and telephone number or by email. Persons wishing to comment upon the draft TMDL are invited to submit comments in writing to Shawn Clark at the address shown above or by email (sclarck@mdeq.ms.gov) no later than 5:00 p.m. January 15, 2020. All comments received during the public notice period will be considered prior to proposing the TMDL to EPA for approval.
