  You have been made a respondent in the Petition to Determine Heirs of Jacqueline Deal, Deceased and Dana Deal Clark, Deceased filed within the Court by Mark Anthony Bennett, Administrator of the Estate of Jacqueline Deal, Deceased, seeking a judicial determination of the rightful heirs at law of Jacqueline Deal, Deceased and Dana Deal Clark, Deceased.

The East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 21, Township 17 North, Range 2 West, Leflore County, Mississippi.

Less and except the following tracts:

1. The 1.0 acre Apolonia Scott Tract described in Deed Book 311 at page 19 of the Land Deed Records of Leflore County, Mississippi.

2. The 4.0 acre Omar Smith Tract described in Deed Book 363 at page 325 of the Land Deed Records of Leflore County, Mississippi.

3. A 3.0 acre Tract located in the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 21, Township 17 North, Range 2 West, Leflore County, Mississippi, said tract being described as follows:

Begin at the SW Corner of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 21, said corner marking the Point of Beginning of the tract herein described; from said Point of Beginning proceed East along the South boundary of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 350 feet (more or less) to the SW Corner of the Apolonia Scott 1.00 acre tract described in Deed Book 311 on page 19 of the Land Deed Records of Leflore County, Mississippi; thence proceed along the boundaries of said 1.00 acre tract the following calls: North 208.71 feet, East 208.71 feet to the NE Corner of said 1.00 acre tract; thence leaving said 1.00 acre tract proceed North 103 feet (more or less) to a point; thence West to a point on the West boundary of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence South along the West boundary of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 to the Point of Beginning.

    

     You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this court by POVERTY ACRES, LLC, Plaintiff, seeking to confirm title to the above described real property by record title and adverse possession.  There are no other Defendants besides you in this action.  

     You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the complaint filed against you in this action to J. Lane Greenlee, Esq. of Greenlee Law Firm, Inc., Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose post office and street address is Greenlee Law Firm, Inc., 401 Summit St., Suite 103, P.O. Box 430, Winona, MS 38967.

     Your response must be mailed or delivered not later than 30 days after May 17,                                              2019, which is the date of the first publication of this summons.  If your response is not so mailed or delivered, a judgment by default will be entered against you for the money or other relief demanded in the Complaint.
