MVSU concert

Music, the universal language and medium for communication, finds its expression in vocal harmonics and rhythm, vibrations of the soul.

Last Tuesday evening at First Baptist Church, the presentation by the Mississippi Valley State University Choir afforded a nearly full house experiences of vocal harmony and rhythm capable of arousing all but the most frozen hearts and of those who did not attend.

The soloists, subsections and the 70-plus voices performed for their director, Dr. John Weiss, a retirement rendition fitting his talent and dedication.
