Ms. Wanda Marie Kelly, 61, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2019, at her home in Oxford. Per her wishes, no services are planned. Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Kelly was born in Greenwood. She worked her entire career at Greenwood Leflore Hospital in the lab department and later in the information systems management office. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of North Greenwood Baptist Church.

Ms. Kelly is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Ralph Kelly and Julie Kelly of Oxford; one nephew, Reid Kelly, and his wife, Lindsey, of Grenada; two nieces, Alex Kelly of Oxford and Amber Kelly of Summit; and one great-nephew, Nelson Kelly, and one great-niece, Cora Kelly, both of Grenada.

Ms. Kelly was preceded in death by her parents, William B. Kelly and Pauline R. Kelly, and one brother, William Harold “Peewee” Kelly.

The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff at Elmcroft Assisted Living, the 5th floor nurses at Baptist Hospital, and the staff and nurses of Kindred Hospice in Oxford and her longtime physician, Dr. Kenneth Hines, of Greenwood.

Donations and memorials in honor of Ms. Kelly can be made to the Collierville church plant, Collierville, Tennessee, at www.missioncollierville.org, where her nephew, Reid, is involved.
