Services for Jonathan “JKelly” Montrez Smith of Memphis will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Leflore County Civic Center.

Mr. Smith, 32, died Saturday, May 25, 2019, in Holmes County.

He was a driver for Coca-Cola in Memphis and a member of Greater Love Baptist Church in Memphis. He owned Smith Waterslides, Bounce Rentals and Ayren’s detail and car washing service. His hobbies included traveling, wildlife gaming and ATV sports, and he had a passion for working out at the gym.

He is survived by his wife, Rosha Smith of Memphis; a son, Ayren Smith of Memphis; two daughters, Coriunna Love and Darynesha Love, both of Memphis; his mother, Gladys Crigler Smith of Sidon; three sisters, Vernetta Freeman and Lekishia Moore, both of Greenwood, and Shameki Banks of Cruger; and four brothers, Larry Smith Jr. and Jeremiah Washington, both of Greenwood, and Cedrick Smith Sr. and Lamar Edwards Jr., both of Sidon. 

Pastor Mary Johnson will officiate at the services. Pallbearers will be Willie Smith, Kevin Smith, Tavarius Smith, Jeremy Smith, Randy Smith, Andy Smith, Carlos Smith, Alvin Buris, Charles McCreary, Lucas Neal, Derratio Miller and Rodrick Smith.

Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Smith Jr., Cedrick Smith Sr., Lamar Edwards Jr., Harry L. Moore Jr., Jeremiah Washington, Derrick Banks, Kalvin Banks and Darnell Love Jr.

Century Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Burial will be in 2nd Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Cruger.
