Memorial services for Rachel Adams Frost will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wilson and Knight Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. 

She was born Oct. 5, 1942. She passed away Dec. 1, 2019, in Jackson at the age of 77 years. She was a longtime resident of Greenwood.

Rachel was born in Leake County to Leonard Rachel Adams and Daisy Claudine Rollins. She was the oldest daughter, having three brothers and one younger sister. She moved to Greenwood at 18 years of age. She retired as program assistant for the ASCS office of Leflore County in 2007. 

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Rachel Frost (James Walker) of Jackson and her son, Edwards Newton Frost III of New Orleans. She is also survived by a brother, Johnny Adams (Linda) of Picayune, and a sister, Shirley King of New Orleans. Her brothers Frank Adams (Janet) and Andy Adams, both of New Orleans, preceded her in death. She has seven grandsons: Adam and Jack Frost of Jackson, Christian Frost of New Orleans, Connor Frost of Memphis, Cameron Frost of New Orleans, Evan Frost of New Orleans and Jacob Frost of New Orleans. She also is survived by her nieces, Stacey DiMarco, Stephanie Scheuermann, Sherri Robinson, Shelby Williams, Leah Sitting, Lana Jackson, Monique Mattson and April Adams.

Rachel was known as a wonderful mother, daughter and sister as well as a devoted grandmother. She was known for her love of life and for being a jokester. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your charity of choice or to Hospice Ministries of Ridgeland.

WINONA — Services for Charles T. Hull of Winona will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Oliver Funeral Home in Winona.

Mr. Hull, 98, died Friday, Nov. 29, 2019, at St. Catherine’s Village in Madison.

Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Burial, with military honors, will be in Duck Hill Cemetery.
