GRENADA — Mrs. Judy Carol Rodgers Tingle, 58, of Holcomb passed away Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center – Grenada.
She was born July 5, 1961, in Grenada to J.W. and Bonnie Bess Baker Rodgers. She was a devoted homemaker and a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Grenada.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada with Dr. Bob Self and the Rev. Kevin Tribble officiating. Interment will follow in the Holcomb Cemetery. The family received friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday evening and will do so beginning one hour prior to the service Tuesday, all at McKibben and Guinn.
Survivors include two daughters, Tiffany Long (Brent) of Grenada and Courtney Bullard (Tucker) of Carroll County; one brother, William “Pig” Rodgers of Calhoun City; three grandsons she wholeheartedly adored, Carson Honeycutt, Carter Honeycutt and Charlie Long; and a cousin she loved like a sister, Melissa Hankins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Barry Tingle.
Pallbearers will be James Baker, Tucker Bullard, Dalton DeLoach, Taylor DeLoach, Bill Hankins and Brent Long.
