Services for Charlotte Norine Outlaw of Virginia Beach, Virginia, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter Rock Missionary Baptist Church in Cruger.

Mrs. Outlaw, 54, died Monday, Nov. 11, 2019, in Virginia Beach.

Charlotte loved life and her husband, children, grandson and family deeply. She was a quiet, gentle and humble servant whose smile would light up any room she entered. Her love for God was evident in her selfless acts of kindness and support toward family and friends. Charlotte was a generous giver of her time, love and friendship. She enjoyed reading, scrapbooking, studying the Bible and spending time with her husband, grandson, family and Christian family. She was an extraordinary wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Outlaw of Virginia Beach; a daughter, Sabrina Sanders of Newport News, Virginia; a son, Paul Outlaw Jr. of Virginia Beach; a son-in-law, Martrell Sanders of Newport News; a grandson, Noah Sanders of Newport News; her father, Jasper Cooper of Cruger; three sisters, Linda Wright and Hope Cooper, both of Greenwood, and Connie Hawkins of Arlington, Tennessee; and three brothers, Larry Cooper of Greenwood, Roderick Smith of Memphis and Esper (Trell) Smith of Cruger.

Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Century Funeral Home.

Elder James Allen Cooper will officiate at the services.

Burial will be in St. Peter Rock Cemetery.
