Norma Louise McDaniel, 77, of Germantown, Tennessee, formerly of Greenwood, died Friday, Sept. 27, 2019, at her residence. 

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Williams & Lord Funeral Home with visitation from 1 p.m. until service time. The Rev. Charlie Faust will officiate. Burial will be in Longview Cemetery in Carroll County.

She was born Sept. 24, 1942, in Hinds County to Clarence Charles Lauderdale Jr. and Maxine Townsend Lauderdale. She was a graduate of Greenwood High School and worked a number of years before retiring as a tax accounting assistant. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Lefty” McDaniel; a brother, Charles Lauderdale; a sister, Shirley Tharp; a son, Robert McDaniel; and the lady who raised her, Mrs. W.E. Lanham. 

Mrs. McDaniel is survived by her daughter, Tina Key, and her husband, Glenn, of Germantown; a son, Eddie McDaniel, and his wife, Leslie, of Mountain View, California; grandsons Jake Gaines and his wife, Becca, of Collierville, Tennessee, and Chase Gaines of Germantown; granddaughters Robin McDaniel, Holly McDaniel and Amy McDaniel; great-granddaughters Jovie Gaines and Belle Gaines; and great-grandsons William Key and Wesley Key. 

Pallbearers will be Jake Gaines, Chase Gaines, Jimmy Johnson, Brent McDaniel, Buddy Deaton and Cody Deaton.
