Services for Josephine Smith of Greenwood will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Jones Chapel No. 2 Missionary Baptist Church.

Ms. Smith, 76, died Thursday, April 25, 2019, at Greenwood Leflore Hospital.

She was an assembly line worker at National Picture and Frame Co. and later was employed by Dr. and Mrs. Charles Nause Jr. She was a member of Jones Chapel. At an early age, she was a member of Spring Valley Hill Church in Cruger under the leadership of the Rev. C.L. Clark. Her membership prior to her passing was Jones Chapel M.B. Church, where the Rev. Dr. Leroy Williams Jr. is the pastor and will officiate the services.

She is survived by three daughters, Angela Smith and Jaylin Smith, both of Greenwood, and Lora Williams of Greenville; three sons, Kelvin Smith and Darrell Smith, both of Greenwood, and Patrick (Shondra) Smith of Memphis; a brother, Wilson (Bobbie) Smith of Greenwood; and 13 grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Friday at Sanders & Sanders Funeral Home in Greenwood and from 1:30 p.m. Saturday until the services at the church. There will be no viewing after the eulogy.

Burial will be in LCMC Memorial Gardens.
