Jerouise Issac, 33, 903 Curtis Flowers Circle, Unit C, domestic violence (simple assault, first offense), case dismissed by judge.

Brittney Lacy, 33, 1301 Mississippi Ave., Unit 3D, malicious mischief, $544.25, $300 of restitution to be awarded to victim by July 24, sentenced to 30 days, 30 days suspended.

Claude McGlothin Jr., 48, 1009 Mississippi Ave., domestic violence (simple assault, first offense), case passed to file, $50; petit larceny, case passed to file.

De’aries Smith, 26, 903 Curtis Flowers Circle, Unit D, domestic violence (simple assault, first offense),  bench warrant issued (failure to appear), case set for trial Aug. 7.

Gianni Williams, 28, 105 Elm St., Unit A, resisting arrest, case dismissed by judge; domestic violence (simple assault, first offense), case dismissed by judge; domestic violence (simple assault, first offense), case dismissed by judge.

Jack Wilson Jr., 48, 113 Dogwood Lane, domestic violence (simple assault, first offense), ordered to complete six sessions of anger management counseling, $644.25, sentenced to 30 days, 30 days suspended; violation of protective orders (adult domestic violence), defendant found not guilty.

Allen Anderson, 30, 6675 Old Canton Road, Unit 2038, Ridgeland, stalking, case dismissed, unable to locate affiant.

Dearius Blue, 21, 1227 McLean St., contempt of court (failure to pay restitution), bench warrant issued (failure to appear).

Rashonda Davis, 36, 614 Pine St., driving with a suspended license, $613; child-restraint violation, $118; disregard of traffic device, $193; no proof of motor vehicle liability insurance (first), $393; careless driving, $153.

Theodore Davis, 62, 501 E. McLaurin St., shoplifting (first), case dismissed by judge.

Lashundra Holston, 22, 101 Kristi Lane, Itta Bena, disturbing the peace, case dismissed, complainant declined to prosecute.

Tenesa Lee, 19, 103 Milton Circle, Schlater, shoplifting (first), case dismissed by judge.
