HoHoHo on Howard

Whit Gragson, second from right, works on an art project with the assistance of Georgia Caroline Self at ArtPlace Mississippi during Saturday’s HoHoHo on Howard event in downtown Greenwood. In addition to ArtPlace, several stores on Howard Street set up crafts for children to do while their parents were Christmas shopping. Whit, 5, who lives in Oxford, came to Greenwood to enjoy Christmas parade weekend with his grandmother, Barbara Petty. Also working on a winter scene at the table are, from left, Charlie Coleman, 5, and Madeline Mattox. Mattox and Self are members of the Greenwood Junior Auxiliary’s Crown Club, which pitched in with several Junior Auxiliary members to help with the kids’ activities.
