A barbecue fundraiser to help Trip Malouf with medical expenses will be held Sept. 24 by friends and family of the Greenwood native and his wife.

Individual plates are $15 and may be picked up at the Elks Lodge, 1010 Sgt. John Pittman Drive, on the day of the event.

Platters for 10 people are $150 and may be delivered at no charge.

Each serving contains a smoked chicken half, baked beans, potato salad and dessert.

Plates and platters are available for lunch between 11 a.m. and noon or dinner from 5 to 6 p.m.

Orders must be received by Sept. 17. Call or text Heather Rowe at 870-510-8331 or email her at heatherbrowe@yahoo.com to place an order. Provide a contact name and phone number, quantity, specify lunch or dinner and delivery address, if applicable.
