Dwayne and Evangeline Tabor of Greenwood announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Endya Symone Tabor, to Darrius Terrell Westbrook of Madison.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Darris Johnson and Patricia Westbrook of Greenwood. He is the grandson of the late Milton and Martha Johnson and the late David and Leedora Westbrook.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Willa Jean Dunlap of Greenwood and the late Manash Dunlap, and Sharlean Tabor of Greenwood and the late Archie Tabor.
Endya is a graduate of Greenwood High School and a cum laude graduate of Jackson State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in health care administration. Endya also received a master’s degree in addiction counseling. Endya is employed as an addiction counselor at the Mississippi State Hospital.
Darrius is a graduate of Greenwood High School. He is employed as a truck driver for Bridgestone.
The couple will exchange vows at 4 p.m. on Sept. 21 at Providence Missionary Baptist Church.
The Rev. Jessie Payne Jr. will officiate.
The doors will open at 3 p.m.
A reception will follow at the Historic Elk’s Lodge in downtown Greenwood. RSVP only.
