Main Street, North Carrollton, MS 38947.

Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Memphis Area Office at, 6060 Primacy Parkway, Suite 300, Memphis, Tennessee 38119, not later than   March 30, 2019.  The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the referenced Memphis Area Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.  Photocopies of the non-confidential portions of the application file will be made available upon request.

NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on March 21, 2018, LANCE McDANIEL executed a Deed of Trust to Richard A. Oakes, Trustee for Yellow Fox, LLC, a Mississippi Limited Liability Company which Deed of Trust is recorded in Book 843, Page 532 of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land in Leflore County, Mississippi, said Deed of Trust conveying the property hereinbelow described as security for the indebtedness set forth therein; and

WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was assigned to James W. Hodges and Lucy B. Hodges by instrument recorded March 22, 2018, in Book 843 at page 537 of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land in Leflore County, Mississippi; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable, and having been requested by the owner of said indebtedness and Deed of Trust so to do, I, RICHARD A. The sale of said property will be subject to all taxes which are a lien on the said property, to any state of facts an accurate survey of said premises would reveal, and to all recorded restrictions, easements, and mineral conveyances of record.
