Birdie J. Griffin, 66, of Greenwood died Sunday, April 7, 2019, at North Delta Hospice in Southaven. 

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Williams & Lord Funeral Home. Visitation will be from noon until service time at the funeral home. The Rev. Randy Salisbury will officiate. 

Mrs. Griffin was born March 2, 1953, in Wichita, Kansas, to John G. Henry and Mary Lampton Henry. She graduated high school in Homestead, Florida, and for the past 20 years was a resident of Greenwood, where she helped her husband in the ministry. She was a member of Voice of Victory Church. She was vice president and director of Abishai Food Ministries in Greenwood. She was known for her singing in church and was a dedicated and beloved wife and mother. 

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, the Rev. Daniel Griffin of Greenwood; two daughters, Dana Hendricks and husband Wayne of Senatobia and Serena Griffin of Greenwood; two brothers, John Henry and wife Sandy of New Orleans and Bill Henry of New Orleans; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
