Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Tchula ill have a black history program. When: 11:30 a.m. Details: Judge Latrice Westbrooks of the Mississippi Court of Appeals will speak. The national theme is “Black Migrations,” and the church’s theme is “Moving Toward God’s Blessings.” The Scripture is Genesis 12:1.

Vaiden Friendship will have a black history program. When: 1:30 p.m.  Details: The speaker will be Judge Lillie Blackmon Sanders of Natchez, formely of Black Hawk.

Bethel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church will have a black history program. When: 2:30 p.m. Details: Laura Curry, a retired educator from the Carroll County School District and a member of Mount Zion M.B. Church in Vaiden, will speak. The theme is “I’ve Seen the Promised Land,” and the Scripture is Genesis 12:7 and 50:24.

Helm Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in Carrollton will celebrate Women Day. When: 3 p.m.  Details: The theme will be “The Consequences of Trying to Help God Do His Job.”   The speaker will be Elaine Dyson, first lady of Ebenezer, Spring Hill and Helm Chapel CME Churches.

Touching All Generations Ministries will have a 10th-anniversary celebration for Prophetess Sharese Moore, When: 3 p.m. Details: The mistress of ceremonies will be Apostle Elaine Gray of Schlater.
