Arthur Ware, 35, 903 Strong Ave., domestic violence (simple assault, first offense), case dismissed by judge.

Dearius Blue, 21, 1227 McLean St., simple assault, case dismissed, complainant failed to appear in court.

Sherell Brooks, 20, 706 Thurman St., Itta Bena, simple assault, case passed to file.

Kevin Michael Harrell Jr., 26, 402 W. Scott St., simple assault, bench warrant issued (failure to appear).

Justin Hemphill, 23, 119 E. Percy St., disorderly conduct (failure to comply), bench warrant issued (failure to appear), case set for trial May 29.

Jackie Faye Hoskins, 47, 1121 Cotton St., disturbing the peace, case passed to file.

Vokeye Hughes, 36, 933 Bellevue Drive, Indianola, simple assault, case passed to file.

Duarta Darcia Johnson, 27, 211 Oak St., Unit A, receiving stolen property, bench warrant issued (failure to appear), case set for trial May 29.

Sasha Ratcliff, 28, 100 George St., North Carrollton, theft by shoplifting (first), case passed to file.

LeQuentin Silas, 24, 200 Third Ave. N., domestic violence (simple assault, first offense), $644.25, sentenced 30 days, 30 days suspended, ordered six session of anger management counseling within 60 days.

Amber Thomas, 20, 606 W. Market St., switched license plates, case dismissed, complainant declined to prosecute.
