    There was no auction. Unprofitable companies are not purchased for twice their annual gross.

    Given Freddy's 25 year track record, the assumption can be made that he made another good business decision.

    Whatever share of the net proceeds he realizes, they are well-earned.

    Where would Greenwood have been without his vision and loyalty to his hometown.
